- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits.
- Prepaid packages or gift vouchers are non-refundable, but may be transferable with prior approval.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only for services canceled by Aapka Spa due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Health and Safety
- Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or specific medical conditions.
- Aapka Spa will not be held liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or use of third-party products prior to the service.
5. Personal Belongings
We advise clients to keep valuables safe. Aapka Spa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
6. Conduct and Etiquette
- Please maintain a respectful and peaceful environment within the spa.
- Inappropriate behavior or harassment toward staff or guests will result in immediate termination of services and possible reporting to authorities.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully or violating spa policies.
7. Gift Cards and Packages
- Gift cards are valid only for the period mentioned at the time of purchase.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash or extended beyond the expiry date.
- Packages must be used within the validity period mentioned and are non-refundable.
8. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of service or booking confirmation.
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved digital payment modes.
